My Mitzie

I adore her. She tries my crazy recipes. Tonight we sweetened some ricotta with powdered sugar and a splash of Grand Marnier. And then threw in some fruit. Normally Summit is the lush, but tonight Mitzie didn't mind the alcohol.


My Mitz approves.


She doesn't even care about the mess on her nose!


Until I mentioned that she was going to get an entire post dedicated to her. Can't you see how embarrassed she is?
